TPM's latest aquisition is a Flash Fire Unit. Utilizing the Flash Fire will enable TPM to nearly double it's capacity in the amount of trees poured per day. And that's not all, the flash fire makes it possible to combine two processes, Dewax and Burnout into one operation.

This operation will now take about 30 minutes where we were spending 3 1/2 to 4 hours before. We are now cutting our lead times even shorter and providing continuous improvement for our customers; saving time and saving money.

Perhaps one of the best aspects of the Flash Fire Unit is our reduced Carbon Footprint with significantly reduced emmission levels. Continuous improvement and always moving forward; it's the TPM way.
